First Roll

The first roll of film for the Monoloques project. Shot on Ilford HP5+ with a Leica M6.

First Roll

The first roll is always special. There's a nervousness to it — will the camera work, will the exposures be right, will the lab process it properly?

I loaded a roll of Ilford HP5+ into the Leica and walked out the door without a plan. Just light and shadow.

These are the frames that survived.
